Game Premise & Win Condition
The apocalypse has begun β you wake up in a ruined city overrun by zombies. Loot the city during the day, craft defenses, survive escalating night hordes, repair key structures, and escape by Day 100 (or later for high scores). Failure means death and restarting with your class and any unlocked progress (Emeralds carry over).
Core Objectives:
- Keep the Generator powered and upgraded.
- Repair the Broadcast Tower (needs Radio Parts + Gas Mask) and Power Plant.
- Survive until the rescue signal is sent.
- Reach the extraction point on or after Day 100.
Gameplay Loop (Day/Night Cycle)
- Day Phase (Scavenging): Open-world looting across an expanding map. Spawn with a Baseball Bat + class starter items. Prioritize Gasoline (glowing cans) to fuel the central Generator.
- Crafting & Building: Use the Crafting Bench (upgrades with Scrap) to make weapons, turrets, walls, traps, etc.
- Night Phase (Defense): Zombies attack your base in waves. Stay near turret coverage, use elevation, and fight hordes. Blood Moon nights are extra hard with bosses and mutations.
- Progression: Deposit Gasoline β Generator levels up β map expands β better loot zones unlock. Complete daily quests and loot for Emeralds to buy/upgrade classes.
Key Mechanics:
- Hunger & Health regen systems.
- Ammo management (different types: Pistol, Medium, Long, Rifle, etc.).
- Traveling Merchant (trades kills for items) and random Care Packages.
- Downed players can be revived (Medic excels here).
Map & Generator Upgrades
The map starts small (Base Camp + starter urban zone). Deposit Gasoline (priority resource β red/white glowing cans) into the Generator at the center field to level it up. Each level expands the playable area, unlocking new zones with better loot, military crates, toxic areas (need Gas Mask), and special parts.

Zombies spawn in increasing numbers and difficulty each night. Variants appear based on day and zone.
